Making sure your handheld has all memory available will help ensure the IPED program runs efficiently. Performing a soft reset on the device is a quick way to ensure this. It is best to make sure you are logged off of the IPED program prior to doing a soft reset.
Performing a soft reset
NOTE: It is advised to close all running applications before performing a soft reset.
To perform a soft reset:

Locate the recessed Reset button on the right side of the device.

Use the stylus to lightly press the Reset button.
